This 15,000 square foot modern warehouse office concept is the home of Rubicon’s family of companies.   The building features base-level garage access with two floors of office space above.  The design was created in partnership with Bloomington, Indiana-based architect Matte Black.  The south end of the building is occupied by the civil engineering firm Smith Brehob & Associates, Inc.
